Moran Chamsi | Co-Founder and Managing Partner
An accomplished executive, Moran has over 15 years of experience in establishing and growing startups and large organizations. He brings with him a track record of entrepreneurial success, having previously taken a private company to IPO within three years. His expertise also includes scouting on behalf of private equity family offices for late-stage tech companies in a diverse range of industries, including AI, SaaS, cyber, communication, mobile, automotive, and fintech.
Moran holds a BA in Communication and Political Science in addition to a Master of Laws, both from Bar-Ilan University. He loves to mix spiritual and material worlds, be in nature and spend time with his family.

Yoel Mazur | Chief Financial Officer
A seasoned finance and business executive and tech industry consultant, Yoel brings to the company 30 years of extensive management, financing and international business knowledge and expertise. Having served as CFO of various VC and PE funds over the decades, he has been instrumental in their formation, investment period to their dissolution, having raised over $250M. Yoel holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Bradford University. A sports enthusiast, Yoel spends his free time snowboarding and spinning.

Elizabeth Dallal | Director of Investor Relations and Deal Flow
Elizabeth is an experienced professional, having served for 15 years in financial institutions, both in investor-facing and investment management roles in the US and Israel. Elizabeth previously consulted Israeli high-tech startups on internal strategy and operations, managed investor relations at an early-stage VC, and served on an investment team at a leading hedge Fund of Funds. Elizabeth's strengths include fundraising, deal flow management, performance tracking, reporting, and designing effective internal operations. In her spare time, she enjoys boxing, cooking Iraqi food, and attending the opera.

Doron is a prominent and influential figure in the financial sector in Israel with over 35 years of managerial and financial expertise and experience. Previously CEO of leading companies in the economy, including Migdal Insurance Company, Cal - Credit Cards for Israel and Taldor Computer Systems. Doron serves as member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies in the fields of finance, technology and real estate.

Ziv Elul | Investment Committee Member
Ziv Elul is a serial entrepreneur and investor, as well as a mentor and father. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Pery, and also serves on the Advisory Board and investment committee of Peak VC. Previously, Ziv co-founded and served as CEO of Inneractive, successfully leading it to outstanding profitability. Inneractive was later acquired by Fyber N.V for $86M, where Ziv Elul continued as CEO. Digital Turbine then acquired Fyber N.V for $650M. Ziv is actively involved as an investor in startups and has invested in ten venture capital firms across various stages. Additionally, he is the CEO of a new Israeli SPAC, a member of the Israeli branch of YPO, and has authored a new management book titled "Avot Ahanio3l."

Behir Sabban | Legal Counsel
Behir Sabban is Legal Counsel to Amplefields Investments. He is a founding partner of the boutique law firm Sabban Law and was previously a partner at one of Israel's leading law firms. His expertise includes hi-tech investments and other commercial matters. He holds a JD degree from Harvard Law School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Behir enjoys playing squash and reading biographies.

Hadas Karo Peters | Deal Flow Manager
Hadas brings to the company over 10 years of entrepreneurial and business management experience. She previously worked at Ernst & Young as an account manager whose top-tier clients included Boeing, Nobel Energy and Baker Hughes before quickly being promoted to team leader.
Hadas served in the Israel Defense Forces' exclusive 8200 technological intelligence unit, coordinating classified operations for the unit's communications battalion and liaising with IDF partners abroad.
Hadas holds a BA in psychology and impairment therapy from Tel Aviv University. She is passionate about art and music and has tremendous love for animals.
